Description
This causes new Leginon installation to crash when acquiring data

r14204 fix this in the branch, r14205 fix this in trunk. Where did they come from, though?
test:
1. New myami installation
2. check database: leginondb.CameraSettingsData.SUB|dimension|x and others like it should be int(20)
3. Run Leginon application manua in simulationl
4. Acquire an image.
5. Should get an image and not crash.
