Description

The user summary page has hard coded grant citations at the bottom. I don't know the best fix for this, but it definitely won't work outside of NYSBC. It could be another field in config.php I guess. Thoughts? Otherwise, I could just null it out for now.

Good point. I've commented out Acknowledgements in the trunk. Users who want to use it can uncomment and modify as needed.
