Description
At 8:16pm krios2 started to output images with a black stripe on them (18aug22f_b1g4_00012gr_00012sq_v02_00007hln_00002esn.mrc). User (Ruth Saecker/Darst lab/Rockefeller Univ) notified us of the issue around 10:00pm. Ed was able to resolve the issue by doing a software restart (close DM, open DM, align ZLP, restart Leginon). Data collection resumed at 10:30pm. This seems to be correlated to LN2 filling, which occurred around 8pm.
Also, I found 1 random image at 11:40pm that had a different missing stripe in it (18aug22f_b1g4_00012gr_00017sq_v02_00010hln_00003esn.mrc). Images before and after that seem OK, but there is a chance that the issue is still lurking around somewhere.
