Description

I'm getting this error when estimating CTF with ctffind4.py:
5 peak confidence is 0.979 (overfocus 0.923)
PART 6: CTF RESOLUTION LIMITS
Resolution limit is 6.25 at 0.8 and 5.96 at 0.5
PART 7: MAKE 1D PLOT SUMMARY FIGURE
OpenBLAS : Program will terminate because you tried to start too many threads.
OpenBLAS : Program will terminate because you tried to start too many threads.

Anybody see this before. I'm guessing it might be a matplotlib version issue. Anybody have any ideas?
