Add a new functionality to check required php modules have been installed at the beginning of the wizard.

- Status changed from Assigned to In Test

Right now, the index page of the wizard will check some required php module to run web tools.
gd, mrc, mysql, mysqli, ssh2
If user's system missing any of the above php modules, wizard will display it and have a link to tell them how to install them.
To test:
remove some of the above php module, remove the config.php, and run setup wizard. You will see the wizard display the missing module(s).

Just test it on Suse. And it works. It should also works on other Linux
