Leginon

add in leginon/applications/Calibrations.xml in r14290 in branch, r12300 in branch. settings table added to myamiweb/xml/leginonDBSchema.xml, settings to myamiweb/inc/setsettings.xml; mechanism for getting the settings to myamiweb/admin_settings.php in trunk as r14291. revertsettings need myamiweb/inc/admin.inc changes in trunk as r14292. merged both to branch as r14301.

Testing:
1. New installation. After webserver installation, a table named BeamTiltImagerData should be in leginondb and with one row of data.
2. Import Calibrations application per Leginon manual
3. Start Leginon, start Calibration application. New node "Beam Tilt Image" should appear.
4. Check "Beam Tilt Image" node settings. If "Number of Tilt Direction" is 4, it means the defaults are loaded fine.

Code looks ok.
Please double check when testing.
