To use:

1. set simpar configuration in instruments.cfg

simpar: /your/path/to/simpar.json

2. At /your/path/to/simpar.json create directories for each magnification that will be used with the magnification as the directory name. For example,

/your/path/to/50000/

3. Put jpeg images in the folder at the binning specified by the filename. Multiple images can be put in there to iterate through. If no files are put in there, the synthetic image is used by the program. For example

/your/path/to/50000/bin4_0.jpg
/your/path/to/50000/bin4_1.jpg
