I added a link in the processing header to [User Guide] on the upper right side.
This will default to the main processing help index page. This can also be context specific if another URL is passed to the processing_header() function from individual processing pages. I've updated template, dog, and manual picking to go directly to their specific help pages. More to come, but wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on the implementation prior to making the change to all the processing pages.
