Transform Manager fails to reacquire simulated target
Added by Jim Pulokas over 14 years ago.
Updated over 14 years ago.
Affected Version:
Appion/Leginon 2.0.1
Description
In transformmanager.py, function reacquire(), target query fails because list=None for simulated targets.
Need to make this work for simulated targets.
- Status changed from New to In Test
- Assignee changed from Jim Pulokas to Anchi Cheng
fixed in r14549. Query in reacquire() function will now use session and type. Jim and Anchi did code review, now anchi will test.
- Status changed from In Test to Assigned
- Assignee changed from Anchi Cheng to Jim Pulokas
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Worked
Testing
1. create one session, simulate target at square with 512x8 dimension, select target on it with queuing and save in the queue.
2. create another session, simulate target at Exposure with 1024x4 dimension.
Both targets are of the same number but of different session.
3. process queue at Hole_Targeting in the first session.
If the code is reverted to the old, the bad reacquired image taken at 1024x4 dimension will cause continue problem even if the code is updated again to r14549. Once there is a version of the reaquired image, it wants to use that.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
This change need to be merged to 2.0 branch.
commit the same patch into branch 2.0 in r14651
- Status changed from Assigned to Closed
not a problem now, will keep it in mind
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 2.0.3
