Description
the "cycle mag only" option in presets manager is causing problems. On T2, we saw what looked like a hysteresis problem when doing presets image shift alignment between hole and square. Turning off the cycle mag only option seems to solve the problem. It may actually be a bug in how image shift is done during a preset transition. The image shift calculation probably does not know about the "cycle mag only" option.

add PresetsManagerSettings to the list for admin setttings export in r14595 for reverting in r14596
Add mag only = false in inc/setdefault.php until we figure out why in r14594.

Mag change along does not change objective lens, only projection and the former is the source of most hysteresis.
