Description
Insert beam stop before acquire and retract after acquiring single images
- Status changed from Assigned to Closed
This feature works only with Talos or Titan interfaces.
To use
1. Compile pyscope/autoit/BeamStopIn.au3 and pyscope/autoit/BeamStopOut.au3
2. Add the full path of the compiled exe files in fei.cfg
[beamstop]

AUTOIT_IN_EXE_PATH = to_be_added
AUTOIT_OUT_EXE_PATH = to_be_added
