K3 needs to use prepareDarkReference to make dark current correction, and need it more often, too

Description
Noticed K3 image correction goes bad quicker than K2 but AcquireHardwareDark command is not available for K3. Learned that it is replaced by a different function. It probably also need to be done more often than N2 fill time since it runs faster.

added option to acquire dark current reference more often.
The condition checks at each repeat time. If extra dark current reference is required, and the last time it is acquired is longer than "dark current reference repeat time", then it will acquire dark reference even though autofiller does not require refill.

Tested. The number of dark references acquired at each refill is close to enough. Some users may prefer increasing the frequency.
