Description

Adding the column _rlnCtfMaxResolution to Relion 2 and 3 star files. This simplifies later filtration by CTF Thon ring resolution estimates. Currently this is only available from downloding the Ctf.dat file.
It replaces any ctf estimates which are 0 A (because of failure) with 100 A.
It chooses the best between Appion_ctf50 and CTFfind4 (package) resolution estimates.
column added is at #13, pushing the Relion 3 beam tilt data to #14 and #15
