Description
This allows a faster start of adding such a feature.

Here is the example of a working node for Shaker to add the interface to the external call of program. It is based on JAHCFinder which is in MSI-T application.
The only place needs changing is run_extholes function in leginon/extholefinderback.py
Shaker, you can modify this file directly. Just keep your function clean.

never tested and got further modified by other features. Probably won't work as is now. Reopen this if needed in the future.
