Change defaults to be slightly more convenient

Description

Defualt preset for processing is set to "en". This change makes the default "enn" or "esn" if these presets are present. Since frame alignment is the first thing done on high-end cameras. this makes it more convenient. Additionally, if "enn-a" or "esn-a" are present, these will be the default. Since CTFFind is the second thing done, this will make that more convenient. Groups not using these presets will be unaffected.
