  1. Login as a user that is in the administrator group
  2. Confirm that the tools available include Administration
  3. View/Add/Modify/Delete Projects #132 #112 #155
  4. View/Add/Modify/Delete Users #109 #110 #102 #147
  5. View/Add/Modify/Delete Groups #149 #150 #152 #153
  6. Add a user to a group/Change a users Group #106 #108
