Add a forward slash at the end of the output directory on the EMAN Job Generator page (ex. /ami/data00/appion/10oct21z/recon/). Unzip the tar files command line before uploading recon (ex. tar -xvf /ami/data00/appion/10oct21z/recon/emanrecon14/model.tar.g
