h1. Create a Test Project

Use the following guidelines for creating your first Appion project.

# Go to the main web page

# Add yourself as a user

# Add instruments

# Create a project

# Create the project database

# Upload images to a new session

# View the images

# Process images

h2. Go to the main web page 

The url will vary based on your host name.

http://localhost/myamiweb/

h2. Log into myamiweb 

Using the administrator password created in the wizard, log into myamiweb as shown below. 

If you did not enable user login in the setup wizard, you will not be prompted for a password.

You will then see the default layout for the administrator.

h2. Add yourself as a user

# Select the Administration application.

# Select Users

# Select Add new user

# Complete the new user form

# There are four default groups available (todo:link to info on groups) 

 * administrators

 * power users

 * users

 * guests

# Click on [add].
