h1. Calibration without presets Calibrations can be made without presets although not as conveniently. For each of the calibration node, the following need to be done before the calibration or even before acquiring a test image. h2. Select the TEM and Camera Configuration * Leginon/Some Calibraion Node/Toolbar> Click the "Settings" button !http://emg.nysbc.org/software/leginon/images/icons/settings.png!. * Leginon/Same Calibration Node/Settings> Override Preset = yes * Leginon/Same Calibration Node/Settings/Instrument> TEM = your microscope; CCD Camera = your CCD camera * Leginon/Same Calibration Node/Camera Configuration> Choose according to your need.
