h1. Leginon "MSI-Tomography" Application h2. Summary of this application The Leginon "MSI-Tomography" application is originally contributed by Christian Soluway and Grant Jensen at Caltech in collaboration with David Agard and Shawn Zhang at UC San Francisco. Appion team has made some modification since. The documentation here is edited from the protocol from Lu Gan and modified to reflect the new changes. This application uses many of the same calibration as in other MSI applications. The multiscale targeting and imaging also follows the same principle. Therefore, familiarity to the latter will help.
