List per-particle CTF info

Hi,
Is there a way to specify a certain CTF run when "list per-particle CTF info" for FREALIGN?

listCTFvalues.php that generates "list per-particle CTF info" does not have an option to do so but the function it calls can handle it. Looking at the code, this script would give the wrong result if ctf estimation run or method is specified during stack making of a ctf-corrected stack.
On the other hand, it is reasonable to want to know the values for each run if the stack is not ctf corrected. Therefore, I created an issue #2491 and added this. Be warned, it is not a good idea to trust only one ctt estimation run if the range of defocus is large.

In most cases, this "list per-particle CTF info" button will be used for a non-ctf-corrected stack.
