Correction in Super Res mode takes forever.....

Is it neccessary to do a gain correction for counting and super resolution since they are hardware corrected? I am trying correction in super-res 1x bin with frames and it has already taken 20 minutes and it is not even finished with the first dark reference. Thanks.

Glad to help. Of course my reply must have been posted after Mandy's so it looks odd;) but I swear I did not see that she had solved the problem herself. As far as the new plugin, We are waiting to upgrade DM from 2.21.1586.0 but are waiting for a 8 bit output and proper Leginon SerialEM handling of this output. Is this new plugin give that capability or is it just to handle the Krios issues?

The new plug in is necessary because of DM scripting function call change. I still haven't got time for the 8 bit output but will see if I can push it through by the end of this week.

If it wasn't for Giovanni, I wouldn't have it working already, he saw David's message on the new drivers...
