Manual application: 'safe frames' option results in wrong binning and wrong saving in leginon database?

Hi!
We are working with DM2.31 and we just installed the new plugin SEMCCD-GMS2.31-64.dll. When I run the manual application in leginon and do not save frames, everything works well. However, when I save frames, there are a couple of things happening:
1) instead of showing an average in leginon/leginon database, it seems to show the first frame only. Is this the way it should be? Seems not right.
2) when using a binned option, the binning goes wrong. In DM the error is: "A problem occurred acquiring an image for SerialEM: Warning: image is larger than the supplied array". The info for the image in the database shows that instead of binning 2x, it bins 4x in x-direction, 0x in y. And when binning 4x, it bins 16x in x-direction, 0x in y.
Is this an issue caused by the new plugin?
Thanks,
Mandy

1) I will have to look into the first one. Likely related to the new plug-in.
2) Frame saving is only available on unbinned full size images and if you have a reason you must use binned image and save frames, let us know.

Regarding 2): I just happened to stumble upon this. I used binned images just thinking it would be a bit faster when I was trying to see what was going on with 1). No need for binned images and save frames.
