When data is acquired with focal pairs, a tool is need to create stacks of the sibling images with a one-to-one correspondence between the particles in the respective stacks. focalPairSync.py is a python script that will take two stacks, one created from each set of focal pairs, and create two new stacks with a one-to-one correspondence between the particles in each of the stacks.
