Description
cd to myami/appion/test
python check3rdPartyPackages.py
will display a list of packages that could not be found with a call to "which".

added package name in the output. r15470, r15471 This check does not include ones called through python such as Chimera. It should be added at some point.

We can't find acetilt.py in the repository that is called from pyacetilt.py Could you tell us what happen?

acetilt.py is in the programs/ace2 folder. It does not work (at all).
