Description
Would like to add some features to the troubleshooter.
Need to print out version and revision info.
Need to instruct user how to run other tests and troublshooters for processing and database nodes.

Since checkwebserver.php does not show up in a search of Appion wiki, these documentations won't be seen by the people who do this. Shouldn't they be on the wiki instead?
