It appears that some jobs fail because not enough memory was requested. We do a calculation to find the amount that we should need, but in practice it is much much more. Anchi just asks for the max amount to ensure success.

We would like to begin keeping a record of how much memory is actually used during a run. Hopefully we can use this information to make better estimates of how much we should be asking for.

To implement, perhaps log the qstat info as the last statement in a job file.
