The project is correctly not added but there should be indication of the error.

This is fixed now.

I added the input validations on "Project Name" and "Short Description". And now it also will display a proper result after user submitted.
Test will involved:
Create new project and update current project. Double check if the new project got insert to the DB.
When update current project, double check if people change the project name also same as other project. This shouldn't pass the validation also.
If you have more things need to validation, please let me know and add it in the bug.
