I added a couple general functions in apCtf.py that will get the CTF data for an image, given the CTF run ID (getCtfValueForImage(), getDefocusAndAmpConstForImage() and modified getBestDefocusAndAmpConstForImage()). These work with a local version of makestack2.py that I modified for my own purposes. I have NOT looked deep enough into makestack2.py in order to figure out how to best specify the particular CTF run, and therefore generalize the functions. We can modify makestack2.py and the webpages accordingly to give the user the option of specifying the CTF run.
