Log in with admin privilleges
Add a new user
Try to remove user with the Remove button
Notice there is no response from the system and the new user may still login.

Not sure we are going to deal with remove user before the release for now. This might be a feature thing.

Instead of remove, we made it so that Administrator can change the user to disabled group that has no privilege of anything.
