Previous versions of appion required default_cluster.php to be modified for each cluster that was used for processing.
As part of the recon refactoring effort, we have removed the need for a cluster config file, added a few keys to the processing host array in config.php and added a class, cluster.inc to take care of the things that used to be in the cluster config file.
Now we need to make sure the setup wizard and config template reflects these changes.
