r16263 made the necessary parsing and query.

It does not have a gui yet but you can modify the url to pass the variables

myamiweb/processing/viewstack.php?expId=9441&refineIter=4&substack=1;1

The two numbers separated by semicolon gives 3Dreference number (1 for single model refinement, for example) and 2Dclass number (1 is the first class as recorded in the database).

Making gui of this would be tricky since we have aready assign left-mouse click to select the particle for include/exclude in a list. I won't do that now.

Arne can test. Assign back to me after testing for future gui addition.
