Anchi, are you trying to get this feature into 2.2? Looks like it is just command line so far. Should we move this feature to 3.0?

- Target version changed from Appion/Leginon 2.2.0 to Appion/Leginon 3.0.0
This is an unfinished feature. It actually has a php file to view it but not to run the process.

- Status changed from Assigned to In Code Review
- Assignee changed from Anchi Cheng to Jim Pulokas
This only has python code, no gui, yet. I am not sure how useful this is in general, so I am keeping it to pyton level now.
Melody can test.
Testing:
Need to run the script on python2.6 and above installation (Jim's computer).
2. use one of the three format to box off an area and make movies:
- makeDDParticleMRCMovie.py make it in mrc format
- makeDDParticleFLVMovie.py make it in flv format for flash player
- makeDDParticleGIFMovie.py make it in gif format
3. An example:
makeDDParticleGIFMovie.py --selectionid=23 --boxsize=512 --bin=2 --description="test" --projectid=333 --preset=ed --session=12mar26c --runname=movietest3 --rundir=/mydata/appion/12mar26c/movies/movietest3 --best-images --no-wait --no-commit --reverse --limit=1 --no-continue --expid=9731 --jobtype=makestack2 --frameavg=10 --framestep=10
