Amber, I'm assuming that this function will work, like the other upload functions. The problem with testing it is that it is very specific. I have to have external files made with EMAN from boxer, (e.g. micrograph1.box) and they need corresponding micrographs in the database and the filesystem. I think this can wait for an external user.
