Description
Adds a more specific error message.

Code looks good. I tried to test it but could not create the situation in which I get to showOrSubmitCommands with the wrong session. Guest can't start any appion process from menu. User as project owner could not reach an experiment they don't own so I get the accessdeny page saying that I am not an owner of the project etc.
