We can follow the refinement model to do this. There is already some work done towrd writing a job file in maxLikeAlign.py.

Amber, I'm now working on changing the default memory for Cl2d jobs submitted to garibaldi - http://emg.nysbc.org/issues/2744

I haven't looked at maxLikeAlign.py. We can talk about this next time.
