closedviewstack.php bug, does not display last image

Description
This is probably a javascript problem, and specific to our debian linux firefox, but the last image of any stack we look at on our browsers doesn't show up properly. This isn't really important for looking at raw particles, but more of an issue when we're trying to look at small numbers of class averages.
I'm attaching a screenshot.
Don't know who does the javascript stuff now since Denis is gone...

Yes, it was never addressed. I'm sure it has something to do with the "imagicread" function in the php_mrc module, but I have no clue how to go about debugging.

This issue is solved with #1271.
The fix will be included with the 2.2 release, but 2.1 and prior versions will not be fixed.
