Description

Because they are operated in the rundir and have the same runname, the log from preparation is lost once refinement is being run through the cluster and the log for the refinement is lost once refinement is being uploaded.

This is especially a problem if some problem is spotted after upload. The job file for the refinement run is lost by then. Advanced user needs the ability of running the script again on the cluster.
