Description
"cput" is coded into maxlikeAlignment.py at a constant 240 hours and config file in myamiweb/processing does not override this.
Also a more general comment on "cput" throughout appion: Should probably by set to at least number_of_processes X walltime, otherwise job gets cut off by cput long before walltime cutoff. For example, I just saw an example of maxlikeAlignment.py job getting killed after about 10 hours even though wall time was 240. Using 24 processors and cput=240 -> only takes about 10 hours before cput kills it.

Figured out that processing.inc was setting it to 240... this was on an old myami, so maybe this is already fixed.
