fixed the bug, shall we go back and fix all previous data, note astig is off by default in ACE1.

Neil,

I've reviewed your change in apCtf.py

Could you give the db update script a try using templates from other dbschema examples such as dbschema/schema-r16446.py. So far I am the only one who have used the base class of that to add new ones. It will be good to see if it is reasonable by others. Thanks.

Hi Gabe, I have a test case, but I think the amplitude contrast is off not the defocus.
