the option "boxmask" can be used to create a rectangular mask around helical particles using the helical parameters in the database.
the parameters for this option are the same as those specified using the "boxMaskStack.py", which are the outer radius of the mask, length of the mask along the helix, the inner radius of the mask, and the falloff (all in Angstroms)
