If a refinement run is uploaded with not so good Chimera snapshot, it is very useful if the script can be reused for getting a snapshop only. I think it was an option in the old uploadrecon.

An associated issue is that reconUploader subclass like uploadFrealignRefine.py moves the resulting volume file in recon to Frealign_result. It makes is necessary to move the file back if need to retake the snapshot with current code. It should be kept in mind that this can be made easier.

Also the current symlink is absolute path which is not good when the data is migrated.
