Rebuild a EMAN reconstructed stack into a FREALIGN not CTF-corrected stack with black particles

Description
This feature is implemented in makestack2.py, but I need to create a web interface. One of two options are available:
- Allow user to select a stack id or selection id on make stack page
- Create a new page for reproducing stacks only
I am leaning towards option 1, because then there will be less redundant code in myami.

Added ability to create a new stack based on coordinates from an existing stack. Feature was added to makestack2.py a long time ago (r12828), now it is available from the web in r13116.
