Description

the affinity propagation executable is here (it is the only binary file with no dependencies):

/opt/appion/bin/apcluster.exe

the precompiled binaries can be downloaded from:

http://www.psi.toronto.edu/index.php?q=affinity%20propagation

Can you just make sure that you can execute it, without it giving "bad interpreter" errors, and that it's copied to the guppy nodes / boxes.

Thanks Dmitry. I just did `yum install glibc.i686 -y` on all guppy nodes to enable 32-bit support. Now `/opt//myamisnap/bin/apcluster.exe` works as expected.
