Description
If an .mrc file is indexed below 100, i.e. session_0001ma_0.mrc, then makestack2.py leaves its .box file.
But if the micrograph is indexed over 99, i.e. session_0261ma_0.mrc, then its .box file gets deleted.
This behavior was confirmed by inputing two separate DoG-picker runs, each on a single micrograph (indexed 1 and 261), to makestack2.py. The .box files are needed for CTF correction on tilted images.
