CTF viewer in imageviewer not switching between graphs properly

Description
1. Got to the image viewer for a session with ctf runs and select the ACE button.
2. Select the drop down arrow next to the ace button and select another option under "choose graph"
3. notice that the results vary. For the same selection, it may display or it may say the graph is not available.

r17141 fixes a couple of javascript errors that were occuring. Testing after the fix, the display is giving me consistant results for zz07jul25b. The first 2 graphs always show, the 3rd says ctf graph3 not created and the 4th says ctf graph 4 not created.
Anchi, please review this - it looks like some scaling options were removed from ace.inc perhaps for redux? And a variable value was not being referenced correctly.
I'll continue looking into why some graphs do no not exist.

Since it works, the code is o.k. if we want the current behavior. The scaling options for ace2 graph were taken off in r17015 from getaceimg.php. I don't know why, but It had nothing to do with redux.
