Description

The results of Spider Reference-free alignment does not provide a link to view the final average in the stack viewer, so you cannot use it to make a template.

Way to fix:
  • have spiderNoRefAlign.py put the template in an IMAGIC file and insert this file in the database

Way to fix is not a workaround, it is what needs to be done in the python program. there is no workaround for this.
