Description
The retrieveCorrectorPlan function in leginon/correctorclient.py is intended for during data collection when only most recent plan is relevant.

r17224 fix this. I've also applied a schema update to DE-12 data that have raw frame saved and with non-empty bad column between Apr 24 and Oct 24.
Dmitry can test by make an integrated image, movie stack, or a small particle stack at where the defect is.
