Allow averaging of multiple focus measurements.

Description
I want to have a field in the Focus node to measure the focus N times and take the average. If you set up multiple focusing measurements it only takes the last reading.
We could also do the measurements in different directions, see Feature #226.
Here's a simple scenario: User selects one focus target. Then leginon focuses twice. If the two measurements are within 0.5um then it's probably correct to average, but if you get answers that differ by more than 0.5um then focus is unreliable at this hole so just move on to the next. No reason to waste time collecting data on a hole that wasn't focused properly.
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 2.1.0
- Target version changed from Appion/Leginon 2.1.0 to Appion/Leginon 2.2.0
- Is duplicate of Feature #3785: go through multiple focus target at each focus sequence step and correct with the average measurement added
- Status changed from New to Closed
