Gabe would like the iterative MSA/MRA alignment feature to be available on emportal. Right now it is hidden. In number #335 Neil said the upload was not working. We will see how it goes. This one needs Imagic, so I'm going to remove the hidden flag, but add the Imagic dependent flag, so it will not show up if Imagic is not available. Emportal does not have an Imagic license yet, but we are working on that. I'm going to make the change to 3.0 (trunk) only for now. Hopefully we can upgrade goby to Centos 6 soon and avoid merging this to 2.2.
